Although the administrators and moderators of "Everyone's Destiny" will attempt to keep all objectionable content off this portal, it is a real time internet content host and it would be unreasonable to expect us to review and approve all content. All content expresses the views of the author, and neither the owners of "Everyone's Destiny", nor any Administrators will be held responsible for the content of any message. If you find any material which breaches the code, please please PM one of the admins listed below. The owners of "Everyone's Destiny" reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any content for any reason necessary.

As a member of "Everyone's Destiny" you agree to the following:

Your access to the Portal is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document and elsewhere on the Portal (known collectively as "Terms of Use"). Your use of, and/or access to, the Portal constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use. "Everyone's destiny" reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time. The Portal contains electronic bulletin boards, forums, chat rooms and other communication facilities which provide for feedback by users to "Everyone's Destiny", real-time interaction between users (including individuals referred to as guests, members, moderators, super moderators and administrators) and other electronic messaging and notice services ("Communication Facilities"). It is a condition of your use of any Communication Facility and your access to the Network that you do not do any of the following:

· post, transmit or in any way exploit any material of any kind for commercial purposes, or which contains any promotional material or advertising;
· delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded; or
· download any file posted by any other user of a Forum if you know, or reasonably ought to know, that the file cannot legally be distributed in such manner. "Everyone's Destiny" may from time to time monitor or review the contents of its Communication Facilities. While "Everyone's Destiny" reserves its right to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information and/or materials (in whole or in part) that in "Everyone's Destiny's" sole discretion is in any way objectionable or in violation of any applicable law or the Terms of Use, "Everyone's Destiny" has no obligation whatsoever to monitor any Communication Facility or to edit, delete or refuse to post such contents, nor is "Everyone's Destiny" responsible for any contents in any Communication Facilities (including any information, comments and/or advice of any individual referred to as a guest, member, moderator, super moderator or administrator whose statements on the Portal are solely their own). You expressly acknowledge and agree that the Communication Facilities provide a means of public and not private communications. This includes posts, emails, private messages and MSN or other chat related messaging communications relating to "Everyone's Destiny" or it's members.
"Everyone's Destiny" is not a secure information system and information stored or transmitted by "Everyone's Destiny" may be accessible to system administrators, moderators, members, web hosting entities, ISPs and other voluntary roles at "Everyone's Destiny".
"Everyone's Destiny" reserves the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authority in any jurisdiction in respect of any lawful direction or request to disclose the identity or other information in respect of anyone posting any materials which violate any applicable or relevant law.
